Amy Tindall has been guiding clients to their health and fitness goals since 2010. Whether crafting nutrition plans for individuals or managing nutrition challenges for entire gyms, she strives to educate and empower her clients to achieve their fullest potential. Recently achieving her Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3) credential, Amy is furthering her formal nutrition education through Precision Nutrition's Level 1 Certification (anticipated completion Spring 2017). Amy holds a B.B.A. in Finance through Texas State University, and an M.B.A. though the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Stephane learned the Olympic lifts training under and competing for Coach Burgener over several years. He was part of Coach Burgener’s USA Weightlifting training staff and transitioned to coaching the CrossFit Weightlifting Seminars when these were introduced. Stephane has been a Course Leader for CrossFit’s Weightlifting Courses since 2007. Stephane is also a Head Trainer for the CrossFit L1 Seminar. Stephane’s career as a strength and conditioning coach has included stints at UCLA, Indiana University and the University of San Diego.
